Lavish can be used daily, or any time that your jewelry needs cleaned.
Lavish can remove mild to moderate tarnish from silver. For heavily tarnished jewelry, a polishing cloth and professional polishing is recommended. You can maintain your silver after the heavier tarnish is removed by using Lavish regularly to prevent further tarnish.
Occasionally the foaming pump mechanism may become clogged resulting in pumping out liquid instead of foam. In this case, rest assured that the Lavish cleaner is perfectly fine, but the pump may need to be cleared. If this happens, run the mouth of the pump under warm water for 30 seconds. If the pump does not work after trying warm water, contact us and we will ship you a replacement pump.
Soak 10-30 seconds for the foam or pen then rinse. Soak no more than a few minutes in the jewelry bath before rinsing.
Yes. While we are told by customers that they use it on many items, we can not give any recommendations and ask that you use your own discretion.
While no testing has been done, based on CDC recommended cleaners, Lavish's detergents will breaking down the lipid layers and will clean your jewelry better than any other jewelry cleaner out there!
We have kept and checked batches from as far back as 10 years that have not lost efficacy.

Yes, you can order Lavish directly on our website. However, we also encourage you to use our Shop Local button to find a professional jeweler near you that carries Lavish Jewelry Care products.
