Shipping policy

In stock items will be shipped as soon as possible within 24 hours of placing the order.  You will be notified in the event that an item is out of stock and given the option of a refund or keeping the item on backorder until the product is restocked.  Customized or personalized items will ship on a case by case basis.  All items are shipped from California unless otherwise noted.
